Position Overview:

IPPB invites applications for 54 Information Technology Executives on a contract basis to support its future growth and transformation challenges.

1. Age and Post Qualification Experience (as on 01.04.2024):

• • Executive (Associate Consultant): 22 to 30 years, 1-year experience

• • Executive (Consultant): 22 to 40 years, 4 years' experience

• • Executive (Senior Consultant): 22 to 45 years, 6 years' experience

Job Descriptions and Minimum Eligibility:

• Educational Qualification:

• • B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics

• • OR Master of Computer Application (MCA)

• • OR BCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics

• Responsibilities:

• • Overseeing daily operations related to payment products and IT support

• • Coordination with internal business functions and vendors

• • Managing and collaborating with teams for new implementations

• • Detailed job descriptions vary per position

Contract Period:

• The initial contract period is 3 years, extendable for an additional 2 years based on performance.

Pay and Allowances:

• Executive (Associate Consultant): ₹10,00,000 per annum

• Executive (Consultant): ₹15,00,000 per annum

• Executive (Senior Consultant): ₹25,00,000 per annum

• • A hike up to 30% on the last drawn CTC may be offered.

Application Fee:

• SC/ST/PWD: ₹150

• Others: ₹750

Selection Process:

• Based on Interview, with the possibility of Assessment, Group Discussion, or Online Test.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process.
