Job Description
The UPSC CAPF examination aims to select candidates for the post of Assistant Commandants in the Central Armed Police Forces, including the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).
Roles and Responsibilities
As Assistant Commandants, candidates will be responsible for maintaining peace and security in various parts of the country, combating terrorism and insurgency, ensuring border security, and participating in disaster management operations.
